From Points South

Take I-93 North to Exit 35. Take Route 3 North to Route 115 North. Follow Route 115 to Route 2. At Junction, take a right onto Route 2 East. Follow Route 2 East into Gorham. You will see signs for Moose Brook State Park. Following the signs, take a left onto Jimtown Road. Sunset Valley is about 7 tenths of a mile down the road on the right.

From Points Southeast (Conway Area)

Take Route 16 North into Gorham. Take a left onto 2 West/16 North at Junction. Keep on Route 2 West/16 North through Center of Town. At Junction, take a left onto Route 2 West. You will see signs for Moose Brook State Park. Following the signs, take a right onto Jimtown Road. Sunset Valley is about 7 tenths of a mile down the road on the right.

From Points North (Colebrook)

Take Route 3 South into Lancaster. At Junction, take a left onto Route 2 East/3 South. Follow Route 2 East/3 South through Lancaster. At Junction, bear left onto Route 2 East. Take Route 2 East into Gorham. You will see signs for Moose Brook State Park. Following the signs, take a left onto Jimtown Road. Sunset Valley is about 7 tenths of a mile down the road on the right.

From Points West (Littleton)

Take Route 116 North into Jefferson. At Junction with Route 2, take a right onto Route 2 East. Follow Route 2 East into Gorham. You will see signs for Moose Brook State Park. Following the signs, take a left onto Jimtown Road. Sunset Valley is about 7 tenths of a mile down the road on the right.
