A Typical Day at Camp Abenaki-Mascoma

9:00 Arrive at camp! Campers come by bus or are dropped off.

We begin each day with an opening flag ceremony where each unit gets to take a turn raising our flag. We also use this time for daily announcements.

9:15- noon Activities with unit (which may include the swim time)

12:00 Lunch (units eat on own therefore time may vary slightly)

12:30-3:30 Activities with unit (which may include the swim time)

3:30 Closing flag ceremony

4:00 Campers head home! Either on the bus or picked up

Popular activities that happen during the day could include going swimming, going to the program center for crafts, or participating in an all camp. As a unit, your camper will work with her counselors and fellow camper to plan out their week around the theme of the program they signed up for. They might put on a play, cook over a fire, or go on a hike. There are lots of ways to have fun at Camp Abenaki-Mascoma!
