Summer Camp Registration Information

If you are ready for Summer Fun, then here are the steps to get you there

• View our Summer Camp 2008 Resident Camp brochure or 2008 Day Camp brochure with Adobe Acrobat version 4.0 or higher (this may take several minutes to download). Registration now. Placement begins on Feb 14, 2008.

• Print out the following forms using Adobe Acrobat.
  1. Resident Camp Registration card
     Day Camp Registration card
     Choose which program(s) you want to attend, complete registration and return to Girl Scouts of Swift Water Council by mail: GSSWC, PO Box 10832, Bedford, NH 03110-0832
     or fax: 603-627-4169.
     If mailing, you must enclose a check or credit card information for registration fee. If faxing, you must include credit card information for either registration fee or entire fee.
  2. Campership card. Complete and send this form only if financial aid is needed.
  3. Farnsworth Family Fun. Complete the camp registration card if attending Farnsworth Work Weekend or Family Camp.
  4. Chenoa Family Fun. Complete the camp registration card if attending Chenoa Helping Hands or Family Power.
  5. Health Card page 1 and 2 You must print out both pages. You will receive instructions in your confirmation letter
  6. Epi-Pen/Asthma Inhaler Permission Form. If your daughter needs to carry an epi-pen or asthma inhaler with her at all times while at camp, then this form must be completed. Complete this form and bring with you to camp.
  7. Packing Lists - Day Camp Packing List.    Resident Camp Packing List.
• All girls are welcome. If you are not currently a registered Girl Scout, send membership fee of $10 (this fee is for national membership in Girl Scouts of the USA) and believe in the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
• Buddies must register for the same session and program and fall within the same age bracket. Once you have registered for the program you will receive a separate form on which you can request a buddy. Only one buddy is allowed per person. Placements are not guaranteed and will be made at camp by the director.
• Camp 'N More: Kettleford, Machagamee and Seawood campers may participate in extended care (Camp 'N More). the cost for Camp 'N More is $95 per two-week session and $50 per one week session. A separate registration is required for Camp 'N More.
• Resident Camp Leadership Programs: Girls in grades 9-11 may apply for Leadership Programs at Resident Camp. Read the descriptions in the Summer Camp 2008 brochure to decide which is right for you. You can apply by printing out the application and reference forms and mailing to the address below. Directions and more details can be found here.
