Pelham Girl Scouts on Parade during Old Home Day

"We started our day by taking the T from Wellington Station (for some of our girls, a first!), trip on the Duck Tours, a walk through the Holocaust Memorial and Fanuiel Hall (where we had lunch! Mmmm!). We walked the Freedom Trail up through the common, learning about Boston and our Nation's early history along the way. (Did you know that Paul Revere wasn't the only rider to alert the colonists on that famous ride… ever hear of William Dawes?) We finished up the day by taking a ride on the Swan Boats then taking the T back to Wellington. It was a beautiful day and everyone had a great time!!!
