January Cluster Meetings 2008

Who:  All Service Unit Volunteers – service team members, leaders, co-leaders

 

What:  Cluster Meeting - Small Regional Groups with Pot Luck Dinner, fun activities,

                 roundtable groups and workshop choices

                               

When:  See below - Please RSVP to your Service Unit Manager (SUM) 1 week in

               advance of your meeting date what you will bring for the pot luck to share.

Time Schedule6:00 pm set up  -  6:15 pm pre-meeting activities     

                               6:30 pm  grace & dinner       7:15 Opening & business meeting

                               7:30 – 8:55 pm workshops/roundtables            

                               9:00 pm closing & clean-up

 

Group 1 – Atkinson, Danville, Hampstead, Plaistow, Sandown,

                         Pow Wow Power (Newton, Kingston, E. Kingston)

 

                      DATE:    Jan. 30  - Sandown Town Hall - 320 Main St

                      Set up: Atkinson,   Grace:   Sandown,   Opening: Danville,  

                              Closing: Hampstead, Clean up:  Plaistow,

 

Group 2 – BEKN SU (Brentwood, Exeter, Kensington, Newfields), No. Hampton, 

                   Stratham, Seascouts SU ( Hampton, Seabrook, Hampton Falls)

 

                             DATE:   Jan. 28 - Stratham Community Church, 6 Emery Lane

                             Set up food: Seascouts SU,  Grace: Sthratham,    Opening: North

                      Hampton,   Closing:  BEKN, Clean up: Everyone

                     

 

Group 3 – Five Rivers SU (Lee, Madbury, Nottingham, Nottingham), Greenland,

                   Newmarket, Portsmouth/Newington SU, Rye/Newcastle SU

 

                             DATE:   Jan. 29  -  Newington Town Hall, 205 Nimble Hill Rd.

                             Set up:  Portsmouth/Newington & Greenland,  Grace:Portsmouth/

                      Newington,     Opening: Newmarket,      Closing: Five Rivers SU, 

                      Clean-up:  Rye/Newcastle

 

Group 4Deerfield, Epping/Fremont, Northwood, Raymond

 

                     DATE:    Jan 23 -  Deerfield Community School, 66 North Road

                     Set up food: Epping/Fremont,   Grace:  Deerfield,   Opening: Raymond,

                     Closing: Northwood,    Clean up: Everyone

 

Group 5 – Cocheco SU (Farmington, Milton, Wakefield, Middleton) Dover, Barrington,

                          Pinewood SU (Rochester, Strafford, Gonic), Twin Oaks SU (Somersworth,

                    Rollinsford)

 

                      DATE:   Jan 24 – Barrington Middle School, 20 Haley Drive

                      Set up: Twin Oaks SU,    Grace: Barrington,     Opening:  Dover

                            Closing:  Cocheco SU,    Clean up: Pinewood SU
