Walk NH Week 2008
An event designed to get people of all ages walking. The goal is for people to participate in a community walk between June 1st and June 7th and inspire them to continue walking as part of a healthy lifestyles long after the event ends. For a Walk NH registration packet click here.

Eastover Girl Scout Weekend
Eastover presents our 4th Annual Weekend for Girl Scouts age 11
– 17 this Spring. Workshops and activities will include Dance,
Personal Protection, Horseback Riding, Archery, Mountain Biking,
Swimming and Other Projects. There will be a Hayride and Bonfire
with campfire songs and s’mores of course. All the fun of
a camping trip without the tents. That’s right moms and troop
leaders - nice comfortable beds at the end of a long day. For more

Rates are $175.00 per person and include accommodation, all meals,

Spirit of Boston: Girl Scout Cruise
Enjoy a wonderful 2 hour cruise that includes lunch as well as
a DJ for dancing! $35.00 per person includes lunch and cruise. Saturday

to offer. Our interactive exhibits enhance the physcial science

you a TECH SAVVY GIRL?
Come to the NH Technical College camplus in Stratham, NH and explore
with us the exciting world of computer technology! You'll get to
meet successful women who are technology experts, and will use the
lates software to explore and create. We'll provide everything you
need for a stimulating learning experience. Groups up to 16 are
welcome to call and arrange for a class. To sign up for a class

Girls at Work
Girls at Work, Inc. is a New Hampshire based not-for
profit organization established to teach girls and women woodworking
skills.We assist girls and women in building confidence and independence
in an open and supportive atmosphere while learning the craft of
woodworking. We aspire to make girls and women aware of the advantages
of a trade skill as a source of income and expose them to a career
opportunity they may not have otherwise considered.
Girls At Work, Inc. is now scheduling for our summer classes. Class
size is limited to ten and the sessions are four hours. We have
a variety of projects to choose from and they are on our website

Heritage Museums &
Gardens presents
Our museum is located in Sandwich, MA on
Cape Cod. The museum is set on 100 acres of botanical gardens and
includes three museum buildings devoted to the art, history, and
industry of America. In each of our museums there are interactive
components, such as our working 1912 carousel and a 1913 Ford Model
T that you can sit in. All this and much more creates an exciting
experience that is the perfect mix of fun and learning for any age!

Each program is designed to complete all requirements to earn the
specified badge or Try-It, which is accomplished using hands-on
projects in the unique museum and garden setting. All supplies are
included and all prep-work is done by the museum staff, so all your
troop has to do is have fun!
Girl Scout Badge Workshop
Christa McAuliffe Planetarium
The Christa McAuliffe Planetarium is delighted to offer Girl Scout
Badge Workshops, two-hour workshops which include a Planetarium
show and hands-on activities in the Discovery Room to help complete
badges. Brownies can work towards "Space Explorer", Juniors
can work towards "Sky Search" and Older Girls 11-18 towards
"Space Exploration". Badge Workshops do not guarantee
completion of the badge. Cost for 10-20 participants $15 per person
and 21-40 participants $10 per person. To make reservation, please

Spend 2 hours at the farm completing requirements for the Horse
Fan Badge. Kim is offering this wonderful
program for Junior girls for free. If you troop is interested in

FIELD TRIP FACTORY: Free Field Trips
