Welcome to E-Council, our
web-based database system that allows you to register troops or
individuals for program events. Your registration will be seen immediately
by Council Registrars and processed ASAP during normal business
hours. Registrations via this site must be paid with a credit
card.
A special note
to Vermont Council troops -
if you will be using Cookie Dough to pay for your event, you need
to submit a
paper registration form and mail to the address below with your
original Cookie Dough. The online site is only for those paying
with a credit card.
Click the "Click Here to Register" button to be taken to the E-Council calendar of Program Events.
Click on the "Program Event" link. You will then be taken to a calendar page.
- Choose a month at the top of the screen and click "GO."
- Click on the event name. The color of the type indicates the status of the event. Check the legend in the upper left hand corner of the screen for an explanation.
- Complete the registration window that appears.
- Pay for the event with a credit card. This site has been secured through Verisign.
Please note:
• Pre registration is required for all events. If you are registering for more than one event, you will need to complete the online registration process for each one separately.
• All events
that have a fee are required to be paid in full at the time of registration.
If you are using Cookie Dough
to pay for 50% of participants fees (either troop or individual),
do not submit a registration electronically through this web site.
Registrations that include Cookie Dough toward payment should be
submitted with a paper registration and immediately mailed to GSSWC, PO Box 10832,
Bedford, NH 03110-0832. Online credit card payments are processed
via a secure web site using Verisign.
If you don't want to
pay by credit card and wish to pay via check, you should not use
the online site. You will need to submit a paper registration and mail with full payment to GSSWC. (PO Box 10832, Bedford, NH 03110-0832).
• Registration for most events closes 2 - 4 weeks prior to an event, while Museum of Science programs may close 2 months prior to an event.

• You need to have pop-up blockers disabled for this site to work properly. Additional system requirements and suggestions for your computer may be found here.

• Once your registration has been submitted you will see a
pop-up window that tells you “Your registration has been received.”
This means that your registration has been submitted; it does not
mean you are automatically confirmed for the event. A confirmation
with directions will be sent after full payment has been received,
your registration has been processed and the minimum number has
been met. If you do not see the "registration received"
screen, your registration may not have been submitted. Please try
to submit your registration again.
• If you opt to
receive correspondence via e-mail, you need to make sure that info@swgirlscouts.org
is on your approved email address list, otherwise, your confirmation
may not be delivered. Confirmations via email will be an MS Word
attachment. If you do not have MS Word on your computer, you can
download a free copy of Word Viewer here.
