Register On-Line for Adult Training

Welcome to E-Council, our web-based database system that allows your registration to be seen immediately by Council Registrars and processed ASAP.

  • Click the purple "Click Here to Register" button above to be taken to the E-Council screens.
  • Click on the "Adult Training" link to be taken to the calendar page.
  • Choose a month at the top of the screen and click "GO".
  • Click on the training name. The color of the type indicates the status of the training. Check the legend in the upper left hand corner of the screen for an explanation.
  • Complete the registration window that appears and click the green "submit registration form"
You must click "continue to next step" on the next screen or your registration will not be submitted
  • Once your registration has been submitted you will see a pop-up window that tells you “Congratulations! Your registration has been received”. This means that your registration has been submitted; it does not mean you are automatically in the event/training. A confirmation with directions will be sent after your registration has been processed.

Please note:

  • Training list by category (ie. first aid, EOL) can be seen here.
  • Pre registration is required for all courses. If you are registering for more than one training, you will need to complete the online registration process for each one separately.
  • Trainings close one business day before the training is scheduled to give trainers time to prepare.
  • Course Descriptions, Prerequisites & fees
  • Training FAQ'S
  • System Requirements
  • If you opt to receive correspondence via e-mail, you need to make sure that info@swgirlscouts.org is on your approved email address list, or your confirmation may not be delivered. Confirmations sent via email will be an MS Word attachment. If you do not have Word on your computer, you can download a free copy of Word Viewer here. (Please note: Word Viewer will not work on Windows 98 systems)
  • If a course has a fee it must be paid in full at the time of registration. Credit cards are processed via a secure web site using Verisign. If you don't want to pay by credit card, please print this form and mail with check to: GSSWC, PO Box 10832, Bedford, NH 03110-0832.
